It is our policy that;

• Smoking, being recognised as injurious to health, is actively discouraged amongst our employees.

• The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, or pipes is prohibited in all Total Upstream companies in Nigeria, hydrocarbon processing facilities, and other designated no-smoking areas which includes, but is not limited to offices, public areas, company restaurants, clinics and vehicles.

• Smoking may however be allowed within designated smoking areas only

In pursuing this policy, the company will continue to respect the rights of individuals, and will minimise intrusion into the private lives of its employees.
All EPNL contractors and subcontractors are required to comply with this policy.
Management shall take all necessary action to ensure the effective implementation of this policy.
